Picto have been working with P+HS Architects and Interserve Construction to develop signage and wayfinding for the new Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre which will be operated by South Tees NHS Foundation Trust. The £10m project located at The Friarage Hospital, Northallerton is due to open at the end of the year.
We began discussions with the architects over 18 months ago prior to the construction element going out to tender. They wanted a scheme which would fit with the ethos of the project, which will offer state-of-the-art cancer care in a dedicated calming space.
This month we will begin the signage manufacture with installation scheduled for early November.
